Tirupati · Welcoming families since 2011
Spacious serviced apartments with their own kitchen and living room, kept simple, clean and calm, so your family can rest well before and after darshan.
Our Welcome
Nayath Serviced Apartments has looked after visiting families in Tirupati since 2011. We are a small, family run house, and we host in the way we would want our own parents and children to be hosted.
A pilgrimage day is long. There are early queues at Tirumala, warm afternoons, children who need a nap, and elders who need somewhere quiet to sit with a cup of coffee. An apartment gives your family all of that under one roof: bedrooms with attached bathrooms, a living room to gather in, and a kitchen where you can prepare the food that suits everyone.
Nothing here is showy. What we offer is a clean, calm and safe place, looked after by people who are on the premises and easy to reach.
With warm regards, the Nayath family
A gentle house rule
Since our very first guests we have kept one simple rule, and it is the reason so many families return to us. We welcome families travelling together: parents, children, grandparents and close relatives.
It keeps the corridors quiet in the evening, the common areas comfortable for elders and children, and gives every family complete peace of mind. Valid photo identification is required for each adult guest at check in, as the law requires.

Our apartments are laid out like a home rather than a hotel room, so a family can stay together instead of splitting across separate rooms.
Sofa seating for the whole family, a television, ceiling fans and large windows. The natural place to gather and plan the next day of darshan.
Comfortable beds with fresh linen, air conditioning, wardrobe space and attached bathrooms with hot water for those early Tirumala mornings.
Cooking gas, utensils, crockery and a refrigerator, so you can make a simple satvik meal, warm milk for a child or coffee at any hour.
